Honey turmeric milk mask

Put turmeric into a little bowl. Add honey and yogurt (or milk ). Turmeric is a dye and it can stain anything, so you don’t want it dripping off your face. Ingredients teaspoon turmeric teaspoon raw honey.


Optional: up to teaspoon of coconut oil. Check out the recipe, here. Make your own glowing skin turmeric face mask. Mix flour, turmeric , honey and milk to make a paste. Milk , Honey , and Turmeric Face Mask teaspoon of turmeric.


You can also use yogurt to fight acne. Try to get a consistency that will stick to your face. Be careful not to make it too thin as it may drip. Apply the mask carefully avoiding your eyes. Allow the mask sit on your face for 15–minutes then rinse with warm water.


Honey turmeric milk mask

To make this basic turmeric mask , combine some honey , yogurt or milk with a few tablespoons of turmeric in a bowl. Mix this until it forms a smooth paste and applies on freshly washed skin. Leave this mask on for at least minutes before washing off. Easing into the experiment, I decided to keep the turmeric-yogurt-honey mask on for roughly five minutes.


I rinsed off the mask with warm water and patted my skin dry with a wash towel. Tumeric, honey and milk act as natural bleaching agents. These ingredients are great for clearing acne or other antibacterial concerns. Furthermore, this turmeric face mask with milk and honey has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties which have the potential to kill acne-causing bacteria.


You’re going for a paste-like consistency that will stick to your face without dripping. In a small bowl, mix the turmeric powder, apple cider vinegar, honey and milk or yogurt. Yogurt has been recognised to offer a slew of skin perks on its own, so I decided to use heaping teaspoon plain Greek yogurt in my mask.


Spread the mask on your neck as well as face. Remove it with cold water when it gets dried. Turmeric forms a protective shield on the skin to ward-off fungal and bacterial infections. For dry skin: turmeric, milk, and two drops of olive, coconut, or argan oil.


The name of the game is hydration. If you have dry skin, you know why: Face masks can leave anyone’s skin feeling uncomfortably tight, and if you’re naturally a bit drier, this is even worse. Turmeric helps with age spots, reduces scarring and hyper-pigmentation, heals psoriasis and eczema, is anti-inflammatory, reduces redness, and brightens and tones skin. This mask will do the opposite.


Honey contain most fructose and glucose which made up of honey ingredients. Those sugar level makes honey sweeter than table sugar. To make the organic golden turmeric milk , take a teaspoon of the turmeric paste and combine with a cup of organic milk.


Let this mixture boil well. Take off the stove and add some honey or maple syrup to taste.
